At Embark Vet, we want you and your pet to love every piece of apparel you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
